REFUND POLICY

At DAPA Studio, every garment is created with purpose and meaning. We stand by the quality of our pieces and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns

We only accept returns for faulty or incorrect items.

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or general wear and tear. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

To initiate a return, email us at dapa.infaith@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different size or style, please place a new order once your refund has been processed (if eligible).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we sincerely apologize. Please email us at dapa.infaith@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos. We’ll resolve this quickly with either a refund or replacement.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
