Whether your order is headed across the city or around the world, our goal is to make sure it arrives safely and on time. Thank you for having faith.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

During peak times or new product drops, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (Australia): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on region and customs)

We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, DHL, and FedEx.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking link will be sent to your email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping fees will apply.

We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect shipping details.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dapa.infaith@gmail.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
